Galbreath

Norwood Equipment is proud to represent Galbreath, Inc. who is a leading producer of waste handling, recycling, material handling, and environmental equipment and has earned a long-standing reputation for engineering excellence and product durability.  A Wastequip company, Galbreath is part of one of the largest equipment manufacturers in North America.
Headquartered in Winamac, Indiana, Galbreath operates facilities in Indiana, Alabama, and Texas with over a quarter of a million square feet of production capacity.
Our beginnings date back to 1945 when we began building equipment for the agricultural community.  Galbreath soon began producing truck bodies and steel refuse containers for the scrap and waste industries as well.  Over the years we have continued to expand our product line to include a wide variety of equipment to serve the solid and liquid waste, scrap, recycling, material handling, and environmental industries.
Norwood Equipment is a full service dealer offering Sales, Service, and Parts for the full Galbreath line of role-off hoists, hook lifts, and container carriers.
Labrie Environmental Group

The Labrie Environmental Group is a top tier manufacturer of equipment for the solid waste industry in North America whose brands include Labrie, Leach, and Wittke. The Group also manufactures the Juggler brand of solid/liquid separating units and Industrial Lifters brand of tippers and lifters.

Labrie Environmental Group distributes and supports its products via a strong distributor network that spans the United States and Canada, and owns and operates the U.S-based, LabriePlus customer support center and parts center in Oshkosh, WI.

The Group differentiates itself from other companies by being the only manufacturer to develop standard-setting technology through design, and by investing heavily in research and development to offer greener, more efficient, smarter, and safer equipment.

Labrie’s clientele ranges from small to large, private entrepreneurs in the waste hauling sector to national waste management service providers, and counts hundreds of small towns and counties, as well as, major municipalities and cities in its customer base. In 1999, The Group was the first manufacturer of its kind to obtain ISO 9001-2000 certification.
Pioneer Cover-all

Pioneer Cover-all was founded in 1967 by the late Harvey Goldstein (1929 -1993). Harvey was forward thinking and understood early on the safety concerns of securing open-top truck bodies and containers. Pioneer invented and was awarded the first ever US patent for a truck covering device. Local and state governments moved quickly to implement litter laws in all 50 states and mandated secured, covered loads in 38. He set his team on a path of building innovative tarping systems and the best dealer network while providing superior value and support. This philosophy, combined with strong leadership and commitment to excellence has helped Pioneer to become the most trusted name in the tarping industry and the largest supplier of automated tarping systems to the waste industry in North America.

In July 2006, Pioneer Cover-all was acquired by Wastequip, Inc. and has been renamed Pioneer, a Wastequip Company. Lenny Brescia, who was part of the original sales team and co-owner, has been appointed President. Wastequip is a world leader in the manufacturing of waste handling equipment. Wastequip’s manufacturing capabilities combined with Pioneer’s dealer network and quest to continually develop innovative tarping solutions will provide our customers with superior products at cost effective prices for years to come.
